Poppy Playtime Survival sends you back to an abandoned toy factory where former coworkers disappeared. You explore rooms, halls, and vents while searching for clues and answers about the accident. Green cassettes and yellow tapes can reveal information through the factory televisions and DVD players, making investigation part of the survival challenge.

Progress comes from solving quests, finding codes, keys, and clues, then opening routes through locked doors. A wearable toy tool with extendable hands helps you reach items, while palm-shaped buttons operate certain mechanisms. The huge blue toy becomes a serious threat as it follows you through the factory, adding pressure to every discovery.
