Citadel: Fortress Defense

Citadel: Fortress Defense is a medieval strategy game played in first person. Days are for building your town, and when night falls a raid arrives. Your building list covers defenses like walls, gates and towers, production like farms, sawmills and quarries, plus houses, barracks, a market and a mage tower, while gathering wood, stone, gold and food.

You play as the Lord and can hire knights, archers and mages, then take control of any soldier in battle. Goblins, bandits, skeletons, shamans and enemy soldiers try to break through your walls, and a boss attacks every fifth day. Spend renown on upgrades and keep expanding – if the town hall falls, the endless survival run is over.

Move with WASD, run with Shift and look around with the mouse.

Open build mode with B, pick buildings with 1–0, rotate with R and demolish with X.

Left click attacks or builds; right click cancels.

Control soldiers with 1–9, switch with Q/E, return to the Lord with G. H, T and U open the barracks, market and upgrades.
