Left Dead: Last Convoy

Left Dead: Last Convoy places medic Tess on a dangerous journey with Omar and the rest of a moving convoy. Across 23 stages and five campaign routes, you fight through changing locations, including urban roads, a carnival area, wet bayou trails, severe weather, and a final bridge crossing. The goal is to keep the group alive while managing threats and supplies.

This 2D survival shooter combines rifle aiming with movement, jumping, reloading, and close-range shoves against infected attackers. Rescuing survivors and securing fuel add important tasks beyond simply firing, while checkpoints preserve progress through the journey. Medical supplies also matter, making each decision about healing part of the convoy's survival.

Move with A and D or the arrow keys, and jump with W, Up, or Space.

Aim and fire with the mouse, reload with R, and use J for the listed fire action when playing with keyboard controls.

Press K to shove nearby infected, Q to heal, and E to interact with relevant objects or people.

On mobile, use the on-screen controls; Esc or P pauses the game.
