About FlapThe Bird

FlapThe Bird is a 2D reflex puzzle game about keeping a flying bird in the air. Each upward burst must be timed around hurdles arriving from ahead, while the ground remains another danger below. The aim is to travel as far as possible and build a high score without allowing the bird to collide with either threat.

A mistake costs one of three available lives, so the run can continue after an early error. Success comes from balancing repeated lifts with enough control to pass the obstacles. Its simple setup makes every stretch of flight a test of timing, spacing, and quick reactions rather than a complicated control scheme.

How to Play FlapThe Bird

Tap the screen to give the bird an upward boost and keep it airborne.

Avoid the hurdles and other obstacles approaching from the front.

Do not let the bird touch the ground, since that also ends a life.

Use the three available lives to continue the journey and fly as far as possible for a higher score.

Tips & Tricks

1Use small, well-timed taps when the bird is already high enough, so an upward boost does not carry it into a hurdle.
2Watch the bird's height as carefully as the incoming obstacles, because the ground can end a life even when the path ahead is clear.
3Treat each remaining life as a chance to refine your timing and extend the next flight farther than the last.
