About Empire Estate Pro

Empire Estate Pro is a Monopoly-like business game played against three AI players. You compete by buying and selling land, paying duty, and building an empire while trying to remain the richest player through the end. The board-game structure makes every property decision part of a larger contest for wealth.

Dice throws determine movement, but the important choices come afterward. Land can become an asset to buy or something to sell, while duty payments affect how much money remains available. Success depends on judging when a property strengthens your position and when holding too much land may be less useful than keeping funds available.

How to Play Empire Estate Pro

Throw the dice to determine your movement.

Buy land when it supports your plan for building an empire.

Sell land when doing so makes financial sense.

Pay duty when the game requires it.

Compete with the three AI players and aim to remain rich until the end.

Tips & Tricks

1Do not treat every available property as an automatic purchase; consider the money it leaves you.
2Keep enough funds in mind for duty payments before committing to another piece of land.
3Review whether selling land improves your position instead of holding it by default.
